Element Plus時(shí)尚家具公司上海展廳兼辦公室原來是一個(gè)零售店的二層，為了保證展示廳的層高要求，入口被賦予特別的考慮。辦公設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)模糊了前臺(tái)的概念，將原本屬于前臺(tái)的區(qū)域向展廳空間開放和劃分，打破了邊界，一改傳統(tǒng)前臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)，為了優(yōu)化人流動(dòng)線，抵消辦公空間和展示空間的直接相連，設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)了一些緩沖區(qū)域穿插在整個(gè)空間中，Co-working和藝術(shù)品區(qū)這些空間不但緩沖了空間的關(guān)系，也增加了空間的層次感。

In order to optimize the flow of people and offset the direct connection between the office space and the exhibition space, the designers designed some buffer areas to intersperse in the whole space, such as co working and art area The relationship of space also increases the sense of hierarchy of space.

走入大廳，一側(cè)是展廳，另一側(cè)則布滿綠植，使得展示空間富有勃勃生機(jī)。前臺(tái)聯(lián)合辦公起到展示和辦公共存的緩沖作用，后場(chǎng)則為正式辦公區(qū)域。

為了更加的和諧統(tǒng)一，辦公室裝修設(shè)計(jì)公司弱化了展廳的一部分展示功能，以適應(yīng)辦公空間的需求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，通過了大量的吸音材料和復(fù)雜的聲學(xué)處理來降低展廳區(qū)域的噪聲和本身高樓層帶來的回響，又充分利用展廳的優(yōu)勢(shì)，如水景、垂直植物及藝術(shù)品來豐富辦公環(huán)境，雖然展廳+辦公的空間形式增加了如何實(shí)現(xiàn)WELL的復(fù)雜性，卻在最終呈現(xiàn)的空間使用感受上又達(dá)到了一個(gè)不一樣的體驗(yàn)。
