南非Capitec 銀行被評為世界最佳銀行，也是非洲最大、最先進(jìn)的銀行之一。其設(shè)于南非斯泰倫博斯的全新總部iKhaya（科薩語意為“家”），聘請專業(yè)辦公樓裝修設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)dhk Architects打造。這座三層的流線型辦公建筑由其動(dòng)態(tài)的內(nèi)部構(gòu)造所定義，體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)前瞻性愿景和敏捷高效的工作理念。

Capitec Bank of South Africa is rated as the best bank in the world and one of the largest and most advanced banks in Africa. Its new headquarters ikhaya (COSA meaning "home") is located in stellenbosh, South Africa, and is built by DHK architects, a professional office building decoration design team. This three-story streamlined office building is defined by its dynamic internal structure, reflecting the enterprise's forward-looking vision and agile and efficient working philosophy.

獨(dú)特的辦公樓建筑形式優(yōu)化了場所的形狀和大小，同時(shí)融入品牌標(biāo)識(shí)獨(dú)特的曲線元素。建筑層層環(huán)繞形成一個(gè)獨(dú)特的“甜甜圈”形狀——一個(gè)公共的中庭空間，也是這幢建筑重要的“社交中樞”。曲線形的建筑形式由白色鋁板構(gòu)筑，輔以頂面自由形式的帶狀天窗設(shè)計(jì)，強(qiáng)化了時(shí)尚現(xiàn)代的建筑美學(xué)。

The unique architectural form of the office building optimizes the shape and size of the site, and integrates the unique curve elements of the brand logo. The building is surrounded by layers to form a unique "doughnut" - a public atrium space, which is also an important "social center" of the building. The curvilinear architectural form is constructed by white aluminum plate, supplemented by the design of ribbon skylight with free form on the top surface, which strengthens the fashionable and modern architectural aesthetics.

辦公樓裝修設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)通過優(yōu)化內(nèi)部功能動(dòng)線和部門互動(dòng)，去培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性、創(chuàng)新性和協(xié)作型的公司文化。一樓和二樓為開放工作區(qū)，這里沒有明顯的等級結(jié)構(gòu)和封閉的隔間。因?yàn)椴捎肁BW工作理念，整個(gè)建筑采用高架地板以便于后期的維護(hù)和未來空間的升級服務(wù)。每個(gè)樓層都擁有四大“核心”空間，包括廚房、會(huì)議區(qū)、休閑區(qū)、儲(chǔ)物柜、浴室和消防通道等功能設(shè)施，用于增強(qiáng)各樓層部門之間的互動(dòng)和協(xié)作。

Office building decoration design team through the optimization of internal functional lines and department interaction, to cultivate creative, innovative and collaborative corporate culture. The first and second floors are open work areas with no obvious hierarchical structure and enclosed compartments. Because of the ABW working concept, the whole building uses elevated floors for later maintenance and future space upgrade services. Each floor has four "core" spaces, including kitchen, meeting area, leisure area, lockers, bathroom and fire fighting access, which are used to enhance the interaction and cooperation between departments on each floor.
