STK在食物和室內(nèi)裝飾設(shè)計上，一直以來都強調(diào)的是簡約的觀感和上乘的品質(zhì)。那些從修車廠遺留下來的油脂和污漬在裝修過程中沒有被刻意抹去。相反，餐飲設(shè)計團隊在320平方米的空間中，將餐廳的每個元素都真實地與之相融。對原始金屬板、黑鋼和鋼筋等材料的使用，就能很好地反映出這一點。團隊甚至將看似有問題的布局轉(zhuǎn)化為一種優(yōu)勢，將狹窄空間中的承重墻改造成了垂直花園和燒烤平臺。

STK in food and interior design, has always stressed the simplicity of the appearance and quality. The grease and stains left over from the garage were not deliberately removed during the decoration process. On the contrary, the catering design team in the 320 square meters of space, every element of the restaurant is truly integrated with it. This can be well reflected by the use of raw materials such as metal plates, black steel and steel bars. The team even turned the seemingly problematic layout into an advantage, transforming the load-bearing wall in the narrow space into a vertical garden and barbecue platform. 

占據(jù)空間大部分的是兩座巨型鋼制公牛，店主希望借此來傳遞給顧客餐廳主營牛排的這樣一個明確信息。在STK中，厚重的元素與自然融為一體，柳樹的枝條纏繞在桌子周圍，順著墻壁一直爬升到天花板，越過公牛頭頂。餐桌由橡木板制成，外表粗糙，鋼制桌腿形狀不規(guī)則。無處不在的植物從天花板和墻壁中生長出來，每長出一片新葉，都會改變室內(nèi)的面貌。覆蓋其中一面墻的牛皮和編織的繩子構(gòu)成了牛排館的標志性風(fēng)格。

Most of the space is occupied by two giant steel bulls, which the owner hopes to convey to the customers such a clear message that the restaurant is mainly engaged in steak. In STK, heavy elements are integrated with nature. Willow branches are wrapped around the table, climbing up the wall to the ceiling and over the head of the bull. The dining table is made of oak board, with rough appearance and irregular shape of steel legs. The ubiquitous plants grow out of the ceiling and walls. Every new leaf will change the appearance of the room. The cow leather covering one of the walls and the woven rope constitute the signature style of the steakhouse.
